All floors accessible by elevator. Guest rooms on Ground floor, 2nd Floor and 3rd floor. Cafe is at 4th floor for breakfast.

Do you have electricity and water

Yes we have. We also have standby genset in case of power outage.

Staff were very friendly.

Only 2 towels were provided in Room 208 and no slippers. My mom said they were told by the staff that they forgot.

I like the air-condition. And it has cabinets, but the curtain doesn't fit well on the window. The room is spacious. But the price is not worth it. Though the staff is kind. And they have elevator.

The bed sheet is kinda dirty, it's white so the dirt can be seen. The lighting is too low. The TV doesn't have good reception. Lose connection on their "internet". My room doesn't have good network coverage.

A basic budget hotel. Well located in Liloan. Very clean and very helpful staff.

Very nice staff, very helpful. Good central location

It is a very basic Hotel. There are limited options in Liloan and accomodation prices are higher than Cebu City. There are limited things to do in Liloan. A week was plenty.

no tolitries, no water, no coffee, no place to get coffee. you get a bed in a very small room that is it. should be 1/4 the price

Breakfast was simple, but for the 2€ price it was reasonable. Location is good. Local ATM blocked my card when withdraw money for room payment. But hotel gave me time to solve it with a local bank that opened after 4 days later after easter holidays. I was really thankful for hotel about that. But what comes help from booking.com, i was not happy since booking.com left me without customer support or help in this problem.

Hard pillows. I like little softer pillows and sleep better
